#26 Syslog dump options

Add an option so that the syslog does not just dump
logging to the screen but instead holds onto it for a
while until the Syslog gets a chance to connect. That
way logging messages arn't lost when dumped to the
screen but, instead wait till the Syslog gets a chance.

Perhaps provide a timeout limit to hold the log
messages then dump them to screen.
