#13 Real Time Data Point Panel

The class
src/com.cube42.subsys.datamanager.gui.RealTimeDataPointPanel
needs to be modified so that it will display the incoming data points as a graph.

Requirements
-Allow the graph to be reset
-come up with a way of dealing with data points of different data point codes. Perhaps graph them on the
same graph, or use tabs to show multiple graphs.
-Allow a programmer to specify what data point codes the panel should be looking for.

Once completed email Matt the code for review.
