Im fuming wasting 2hrs downloading a file that wont install.
it says C:\docume~1\owners\locals~1\temp\ couldnt be
created or written to.

I dont have a locals~1 folder so how can I install this and
get it over with? please to God help I dont want that 2hrs
wasted for nothing.

whats the name of that locals~1 folder? I tried localsec and
localspl each with temp folders in them and it still doesnt work.
someone please help this sucks bigtime.

This is just the idiotic way windows deals with long file
names. The directory it's trying to create is probably

C:\Documents and Settings\owners\Local Settings\Temp
