Hey,
I've looked at your Cube engine, and I have some ideas.
It would be convenient to allow 'rooms below rooms'. I
know you are working on it. My idea was to add a toggle
flag to each cube, much like the solid/space toggle.
This toggle changes a cube's existence, either hiding
it, or making it visible. Invisible cubes can then be
walked through. (I'm not familiar with the coding of
this engine, so I don't know if this would be difficult
to add).
My other suggestion is probably clichéd, but here goes:
More weapons (knives, grenade launcher, mines, etc.),
if possible, and perhaps make it the same as UT, that
you have to actually pick up the weapon to be able to
use the relevant ammo.
