ReadMe.txt: contrain yourself --> control yourself
Brought to you by:
aardappel
One of the lines within the readme.txt file reads:
"This scheme is probably very easy to defeat if you are
capable of using disassemblers
and packet sniffers, but please contrain yourself and
don't ruin the fun of the
cube multiplayer community. Thanks."
It should however say "...control yourself...".
Thanks for the nifty game,

Hi Loki,
"Control yourself" is the phrase we use when trying to get
people not to do things that either hurt themselves or
others. I've never once heard anyone say "contain yourself"
in that situation. Contain yourself would literally mean
jumping into a space suit or sleeping bag and seeling it up
:).

Sorry it looks like misspelled "sealing" it's not "seeling".
Contain comes from container with is an object that
holds/stores things, it doesn't however exhibit discipline
over the objects inside. For example you could be contained
a prison cell but still slit your wrists and kill yourself.
But if you were controlled in the same prison cell you
wouldn't be allowed to cut yourself and therefore would live.

Christian

just stfu about a stupid spelling mistake and get on to
bigger bugs, like the fact that people online have been
cheating! theres a number of ways - map editing (server
does no verification that the map w/ same name is same
map), memory value editing (no server-side health ==
infinite health), and speedhack (moving and shooting about
4x as fast, or more)
they are ruining the game. also we need some new music
cause that junk is like 3 or 4 songs that i've heard a
million times.
please and thank you!

Dear Nobody,
Thank you for your comments. The stuff you were complaining
about is obviously legitimate, but please give your feedback
in a new listing. My bug is not the venue for other issues.
Spelling errors are typically marked as the lowest priority
which means that the only part of your comments that was
related to my bug was unecessary. I encourage you to write
some new bugs about the cheating and hopefully the author
will get to them. Also a cheating type bug is very difficult
to fix, spelling errors take seconds and increase the
professionalism of a project considerably. If you don't
think spelling errors are important don't post any. If I
were to give your exact feedback as it is now, I would have
written it in an e-mail to the author.
Cheers,
Christian
