#24 ATI problem under windows

Same problem as for linux once appears under windows
xp. Firing sometimes results in blank shot or shot-into-
wall like, ie. no trace from riffle, or suicide from
bazooka. Happens often when inside the corridor or
near the wall (even if aiming correctly into open space).

So in short - windows could use same patch that has
been released for linux.
