#17 Weapon pickup disabled weapon and ammo spawning

Steps to reproduce:

1) Fire any weapon until you run out of ammo
2) Continue to hold down fire while running over ammo
for said weapon
3) Watch as you get no more ammo, yet the ammo
disappears and never reappears again.
