#12 Mockups without transactions

When creating a TestClientContext as demonstrated in
the examples for mockup injection, the container doesn't
provide container-managed transactions any more.

I can't reproduce this problem with an application based on
the code of the CUBA examples. However, I know that it's
there, so investigations are going on. But I'm pretty shure,
that it's not a general problem but and environment-specific
one.
