You're right; the project is fairly inactive. LUI, the installer we 
used, seems to have been retired, and SCE, the heart of cub after the 
system has been installed, is now cvollaborating with the NPACI Rocks 
project.

Cub is still a good place to start if you want to build a very small, 
very simple cluster. However, a number of other projects will provide 
richer, more robust tools.

FWIW, the "cub" script captures nearly all the tricks that we had to 
learn to set up a simple cluster.
