0. Create a Database Named cuatrovientos or whatever you want

1. Import database file cuatrovientos.sql to cuatrovientos database

2. Create somewhere a data folder and give write access to web server

3. Go to application/config, rename and edit the following
 database.php.dist to database.php
 4vientos.php.dist to 4vientos.php
 upload.php.dist to upload.php

4. Go to application/modules/account/config and
   edit if needed

5. Edit .htaccess in root dir and change RewriteBase if needed:
  e.g.: http://localhost/cuatrovientos/
  then 
	RewriteBase /cuatrovientos/
