#3 Customer Name field not editable

When trying to add new customer I am unable to edit
field "Customer Name" in page Customerdlg.aspx.

Steps to reproduce:
- login to the site
- click "New" on right side of "Customers"
- try to click to "Customer name" field.
- this will fail. Text box is disabled.
