#33 Bad attribute value in cts-demo.xml inventory

The cts-demo.xml TextInventory generated by an ant build contains an invalid attribute on the @tiversion attribution to the TextInventory element. It contains "3.0.beta2", when the schema requires tiversion="3.0.rc1".
