#17 bad assumptions in getLeafNodeDepth

In the Postgres implementation of the CtsRepository interface, when given a containing URN, the method getLeafNodeDepth returns the depth of the citation hierarchy for the first node returned by the database. This should be changed to return the citation depth of the first node *in document sequence.*
