#60 Lock All Panel Elements

I'd like to have an option on the panel property to lock all elements with a single click. I often accidentally move things when clicking on it to make an edit of a parameter. This comes in handy when making many property adjustments to many parameters, and keeps me from having to lock down each element individually.
