#54 Move CC min / max value from component section up to midi

I always am tripping my brain wondering why I can't find the min max value selection sliders for modulators, then I realize they are down in the component section. I think it would be more logical to keep the cc min max value sliders up in the midi section of the modulator editor panel on the far right of the screen when in edit mode.
