#59 VST: often a "second" mouse-click not possible - crash

This happens in Maschine and Ableton, but not everytime - it seems to appear randomly.
E.g. if you want to load a pannel you can click on "Open" and the submenu "Open panel from file" is appearing. But it's not possible to click on that secondary function. The same happens with other functions in the menu bar. If this bug appears the host crashes when you want to delete the VST/ or you close the host.

By the way: this bug exists since a few releases.
