When I export the panel to stand alone instance, there are some image resources that are missing and others are images that are no longer in the resources folder and where replaced by new images which doesn't appear. (the old version of the images are shown instead the new ones).
And I think some methods aren't executed, as I get errors not present in the .panel version.
Discussion
I've seen that each panel has it's own resource folder in I:\Documents and Settings\MyUserName\Program Data. Previously everything was inside I:\Documents and Settings\MyUserName\Program Data\Ctrlr folder.
Deleting all panels folders and leaving only Ctrlr folder fix the problem when I export again a stand alone instance, but for every change of a resource image I must delete the panel's folder to have the correct resource files when exporting to stand alone.
