#159 uiToggleButton strangeness

When a uiToggleButton has the Name label visible property set to on and the Name label position anywhere except "top" then the button becomes unclickable i.e. in edit mode or normal it not possible to change the buttons state. It also does not trigger any Lua calls. Changing the name label position back to top re-enables the button. Tested on Mac standalone builds 866 and 889.
