#137 CC modulator type amnesia

seems any knobs that send CCs "forget" that they're assigned to send cc messages ignoring their current MIDI message type designation set to CC and instead send the sysex formula assigned, even if that sysex formula is F0 00 F7

this seems to be the case in 780 and 782..

i can select the modulators, change their message type to something other than CC, then change it right back to CC and everything works fine. .. just seems that on panel load anything that is given a cc value is confused into thinking it's actually a sysex modulator.
