it seems other modulators can moved just fine, but if you try to click and drag a comboBox to move it within the panel, ctrlr doesn't seem to respond...
If I alt+tab then come back things seem fine and the combo box is dragged to wherever my mouse was.
thought I added this artifact already an hour or so ago.. maybe not.
