#105 midi device - must add, then close ctrlr

in order to set a new midi device (if you pick up where you left off on a panel from a different computer or add a midi device) you must add it in the devices section (main nav) then select it in your panel editor. It will display in the floating tool bar but you must restart ctrlr for the new device to actually be used... also evident if you click on the midi device (in or out) on the floating tool bar.. you will only see "no device" when you click the drop down until you restart ctrlr
