#1 Universal GUI is needed

End utilities in the project usually have powerful command-line interface. But this interface is inconvenient when user just wants to use a single particular utility. It would be great if all command
line options could be doubled in GUI.

It's suggested to create an universal GUI doubling command line interface of the utilities.
