#18 vfat problem workaround

When creating files on vfat partitions only the first
is created, and then with the wrong size.

With this patch vfat partitions are recognized and the
files are created and fullfilled with zeros, just as it
happen in the Windows case.

Apply on the 1.3.4 version.
