[Ctool-develop] running tests

hi there,

I tried running the regression tests, but didn't get very
far. In fact, the problems I'm seeing look suspiciously like
configurational errors, so I assume the problem can easily
be solved (by someone with the necessary knowledge :-)

The output from the 'accept0' run is appended...
