[Ctool-develop] more issues compiling ctool

hi there,

I'v now successfully downloaded the cvs version of ctool.

Invoking 'make -C src/' results in an error, as bison
generates gram.hpp, not gram.cpp.h.
But since I'm not sure that that is the same on all platforms,
I'm not sending in a patch, hoping that someone else knows
what to do.
