[Ctm-devel] pysqlite version of extra_simple_ui.py

In case the legion of ctm developers aren't watching the ctm-commits
mailing list, I've changed extra_simple_ui.py to use pysqlite to store
and retrieve some of the troop and requirement data.  I'm totally
winging it as far as the SQL goes, following some examples I saw here
and there.  It seems to work, but take a look at it if you get a
chance and tell me what you think.
