a new beta release! With the beta list and a better error handling!

The beta list will be soon avaible. I already send a prebeta version to Schorny.

We released the first Version.
I think ctl_vector and ctl_string and ctl_stack are nearly perfect optimized.

Still to come: ctl_map and ctl_list

The Container vector, string and stack are implemented. We are only not sure about the interface design ;)

I'm currently running performance tests comparing CTL and STL. After finishing the test I will post the results here :)
