Perhaps you should use Dialogic (Intel) cards? I think they can use TAPI and
the voice capabilities of Windows (similar to voice modems). If you need a

Has anyone managed to fathom out the interface between the VoiceMail pro and
the alchemy.
Or has anyone come across a decent IVR platform/program that will work in
the same fashion but a little more open protocol.
