CTF-SAM-OUT, superposing CTF SAM and MRI / News: Recent posts

Version 0.2 has been released. The speed has been greatly improved by 5 times. Also, MATLAB parallel for loop (parfor) is used. On computers with multi-core or multi-CPU or even clusters, parallel execution on several operations will be turned on automatically to speed up further. In version 0.3, we will get rid of mrihead from CTF software suite.
