#20 config.h.in missing (svn:ignore'd)

Not sure when or why, but it seems that config.h.in has been added to the svn:ignore list. That seems to be a bad thing, as I believe that file is required for autoconf and configure to work correctly, isn't it?

I have a version of the file from 2009, that I'm almost 100% certain I got by svn co trunk a couple years ago (around rev 787 I think.) So I think this has changed since?
