#63 add support for Method::Signatures methods in Perl

This patch recognizes Method::Signature (and MooseX::Method::Signatures) style methods in Perl sources. These are subroutines that look like the following:

method get ($key) {
return $self->{$key};
}

method set ($key, $val) {
return $self->{$key} = $val;
}
