No

Would you consider moving to github? It makes it a lot easier for people to contribute back to the project, I've had dramatically increased contributions since moving all my projects from sourceforce / googlecode a few years ago. There are migration scripts available, e.g. https://help.github.com/articles/importing-from-subversion/ and there may be something for tickets too (although I personally took the opportunity to close all the tickets that didn't make sense anymore and to flesh out the ones that remained)

ok, great! Well then I recommend closing / archiving this project in favour of github. It is very confusing that this project exists and the activity on github proves how unusable sourceforge is compared to github.

You many talk about universal-ctags. It is forked from exuberant-ctags; different people runs the project. Therefore they have their own project name.
