#63 SQL: report scope in the appropriate field, not in the tag's name
Please report SQL tags' scope in the scope field, not as part of the tag name. This is what is expected, and helps some tools to recognize a tag has a scope and it's not part of the tag's name.
Attached patch implements this. I'm not 100% sure for some parent's kinds, but they should be mostly OK.
The patch may depend on the one in [bugs:#348]. If it does and you want a standalone one, just ask.
