#54 windows binairy package w/o source

i don't want to compile ctags, i didn'T kwon what is was minutes ago, i just want to updates the files included in a packages as i dont get anything in a TAG windows supposed to contain funtions list.

i assume that kind of prog need more files than just the exe. Reading (not thorougly) the multiple text/help/readme/faq in package and on site didnt help me at all.
i assume that maybe i need to change tag 'definition files' for the language i use but ...wich files?
