#42 support $DESTDIR
ctags make install ignores $DESTDIR.
The convention to set $DESTDIR for make install when you try to build a package (think RPM). For example, you'd set it to /tmp/fefix (that's what I do) and then you configure and make and make install ctags, and you'd expect it to install to /tmp/fefix/usr/bin/ctags etc.
Please add support for $DESTDIR!
