#309 Hang while processing .vim scripts

While trying to generate ctags for the Mercurial project, I noticed that ctags hangs on a particular .vim script.

To recreate:
- Run ctags on `contrib/vim/hgcommand.vim` in revision d93c23b31797 or later
- Ctags will hang
