#277 K&R style function parameters are not detected

using ctags 5.8 I am trying to get tags from ipfilter e.g. from ipfstat.c try to search for argc or argv in resulting tags - they're not there :(

get ipfstat.c from http://ipfilter.cvs.sourceforge.net/viewvc/ipfilter/ipfilter/tools/ipfstat.c?revision=1.19&view=markup
and just run exuberant ctags on it ...
