Parses csv files according to RFC 4180
Handles embedded deliiters inside quoted text fields
Handles embedded linefeeds inside quoted text fields
Parsers can either return Options or throw Exceptions (ver. 2.0.0)
Can emit CSV text to a file (ver. 2.0.0)
Offers an option to keep embedded linefeeds
Offers an option to use alternate delimiters
Parsers return immutable containers, Vector or List, (ver. 2.0.0)
Can read the whole file at once or read into buffers
