Updater fails after launch "unable to connect to remote server"

It seems the updater runs after CSV Quick Viewer is launched, but cannot connecte to the remote server. An error dialog is shown, and licking OK will cause CSV Quick Viewer to close. This may be due to a corporate firewall, but it seems should still not prevent CSV Quick Viewer to function without updating. Is there a workaround?
Error dialog:
An application error occurred: Unable to connect to the remote server.
A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond. 77.236.96.132:80.

Checking for an updated version is now removed. Updates has to be done manually.
