#9 A gui to help generate mapping xml files

I like your design. We were headed down this road and I think I will use your stuff. I may need to change it a bit as I would like to store the csv-mapping.xml in a database (each customer will have a different mapping need) and in an effort to support creating these xml mapping files, I developed a crude gui. I will continue to refine it as our needs change, but I am giveing it to you if you want it. It started out ok, and got kind of sloppy at the end, sorry.
It should just fit in your package tree
