#49 Support copy command on tree view nodes

When right-clicking or selecting a class hierarchy node, it should be possible to copy the content of the node, or in the case of a test node the node itself plus all additional child nodes that contain relevant information, e.g. reasons for failure or skipping, stack trace etc.
