#45 Report failure in static method as DataSource

If the method specified as a DataSource throws an exception this is not reported but claimed as if no data rows have been specified. This can be misleading.

Instead this should be reported back to the user as a failure of the test itself with an understandable comment and if possible with the specific of the exception.
