#9 negative ParagraphIndent has no effect

If Paragraphindent is set to a negative value, it is
treated like 0, because otherwise the background in
the browser would not be drawn correctly.

This is a bug in the browsers!!! I have to set it to
0 to prevent a completely broken view of the page in
your favourite browser.
