#20 " are erased from input cells
All " in input cells (BoxData!!!) are NOT converted,
instead they seem to be deleted from the cell before
conversion (or while conversion takes place)!!! Also,
line breaks are not converted to <br>.
Seen in M_ 4.1 for Windows, prolly also in all other
versions.
