#18 Bad HTML

The html code generated by the modified HTMLSave is
not wrong, but it is very redundant and ugly. Do a big
overhaul of the package and clean that up. (e.g. often
there is something like <span class="class1"><span
class="class1">contents</span></span> or something like
<span class="class1"> </span>
