[cssparser-developers] CSS Parser 0.9.29 released

Version 0.9.28 has been released to Maven and SourceForge download.

This release brings support for more dimensions (CSS3) a new CSSFormat option to use single quotes instead of double quotes
and an bugfix for the calc parser.
