Can you share instructions for what SF requires to get a release 
published?  I've never done that before in SF and I'm trying to be 
responsive to the HtmlUtil team's request for another release.  I could 
try to puzzle it out myself, but if you have some quick notes or 
pointers that would be very helpful.
