Great idea, has a lot of potential, unfortunately when I try to open the CSS Explorer nothing appears in the property window. , hope you can get it working!
And i have the same Problem.
And CSS-eXplorer Version 2.0.3 and try it again.
I have NOTEPAD++ 5.6.8 and CSS-Explorer 2.0.3 and I've the same problem…
Do you use IE 6 on XP?
Our plug-in uses ActiveX technology, in IE 6 it dosen't work.
No. I use VISTA and FIREFOX or IE8.
The problem still exists. Are there any updates or solutions to handle this issue?
When i try to open the CSS-eXplorer plugin in NP++ i get an alert window (3 times):
"Sorry, can't create simulation files"
Windows 7 (64bit)
NP++ v5.6.8 (Unicode)
CSS-eXplorer Version 2.0.3 (with CSSExplorerAdapter.UNICODE.dll)
When I open the built-in "Plugin Manager" of NP++ and take a view to the installed plugins, it says that the installed version of CSS-eXeplorer is 22.214.171.124. But the about screen of the plugin CSS-eXplorer showes version 2.0.3
It would be great if you find a solution.
I installed notepad++ as administrator and it runs as administrator - so I do not have the problem that it can't write the designSimulation.* files (see other post). But the plugin still has an empty window… Who knows what to do????
Still doesn't work if i start Notepad++ (newest -> 5.7) normal i only get the gray window. If i start it as admin i get the following error and it crashes:
Hi, we know that our program doesn't work (especially in Win 7).
Today we are working on a new better version of CSS eXplorer,
It will take some time but will work on all win Os (xp, vista, 7…).
We write it from zero, therefore it takes a lot of time.
10.10.10 - Is our deadline.
How is it coming along? The last posted version is from March. Since your deadline was October 10, I assume it's done by now (November 24). Also, are you planning on posting the source so others can contribute?
Hi, you are right.
Currently CSS eXplorer is only for WIN XP (and sometimes for win vista users).
Win 7 users can use win xp simulator to run CSS eXplorer.
We still developing a new version but we are working people and don't have enough time.
Does anyone have a solution???????
