When the content-assist popup displays shorthand
properties such as 'border' or 'background', the icon
isplayed is a red box instead of the expected shorthand
property icon, indicating that the icon is missing.

Fixed in CVS HEAD (you might need to perform a fresh checkout)

Looks like the icons have been added in keyword substitution
mode and are thus corrupted.
