jstyleparser parse the html pages of http and https protocls differently for the same DOM

I am parsing the same URL once with http and once with https protocol (http://www.comune.tarquinia.vt.it and https://www.comune.tarquinia.vt.it). when it starts to parse the style of the page the number of media queries feature detected are significantly different for http and https.
Is any body faced the same issue?
